Experiences

Every stay at Hillside Sanctuary is shaped by the season, the land and the people around us. We offer three formats — from self-guided freedom to fully hosted retreats — and a curated network of local partners who bring their craft to your doorstep.

Stay Formats

Private Stay

Your own hillside retreat. Includes private accommodation, breakfast, a welcome basket featuring regional products and guidance for local restaurants and activities. Explore at your own pace — the pool, the land, the villages.

Curated Stay

Everything in a Private Stay, plus one hosted on-site meal or tasting experience and curated access to partner-led sessions: wellness, craft, food or nature. We handle the bookings; you enjoy the experience.

Mini Retreat

A themed long weekend or midweek programme — wellbeing and reflection, seasonal harvest, creativity or a bespoke group experience. Hosted, structured and fully curated around a theme that resonates.
